Each product is designed and engineered to exceed vehicle application load ratings, weight optimization, and precision fitment for its intended application. STRENGTH &DURABILITY TESTING
All DEFIANT® Wheels are designed, engineered, and tested to exceed all SAE-J2530 performance requirements and testing standards ensuring each product’s compliance with all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). We do this to ensure maximum strength and durability on all our wheel designs. Safety and product durability are paramount in our manufacturing procedures and one of our highest concerns. Everything we engineer and produce follows these rigorous guidelines, including Cast, Flow Formed or 2-piece wheels.
OEM QUALITYFINISHING
Although we specialize in high volume wheel production, we’ll never neglect the details. We utilize many different finishing and coating techniques usually reserved for custom forged wheels. Even further, we seek to use materials that far exceed the industry standards for corrosion resistance, UV fade resistance, or even scratch resistance. DEFIANT® Wheels signature finishes set trends and combine the durability of an OEM wheel finish with the aesthetics of a high-end aftermarket wheel finish.
